nerve centre for the Tesco group, ensuring Tesco global operations run smoothly - anytime, anywhere. Tesco is the first
major international retailer to have a fully-owned support centre in India. Situated in Bangalore, Tesco HSC shares the

Job Description:
1.Is responsible for action steps that are clearly defined and laid out; Handles repetitive routine activities, that are
standardised, with little or no scope for digression
Performs operational tasks of a repetitive nature, for which output is specified in advance
2. Is measured on adherence to timelines, quality, cost/ savings targets
3. Uses guidelines or routines to solve regular problems
4. Has a basic understanding of the 1- 2 core technologies used by the program
5. Follows instructions with minimal deviations from the specified standards
6. Undertakes internal collaboration with colleagues at the same level and acting as channel of information Leadership Skills
7. Ability to collaborate and work across the teams to achieve shared success
8. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues while focusing on customer delight
9. Displaying agility in thoughts & handling priorities
10. Displaying integrity, and high energy to deliver beyond expectations
11. Ability to be innovative and share ideas for business improvement Operating Skills
12. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
13. Good Communication skills
14. Analytical ability
