1 Total IT industry experience of around 5-8 years with minimum 3 years prior experience in Force.com coding (development) Apex and Visualforce
2Very solid grounding and experience in Salesforce.com Configuration
3Hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, and in maintaining a Live Salesforce.com instance on a day-to-day basis -- both from troubleshooting and from maintenance/enhancements perspective
4Good experience in Salesforce.com APIs and Integration using REST, SOAP, will be needed
